Return Process

  Log into your K PLACE account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
